Our services support interpretation for all phone-based reporting through the EthicsPoint Contact Center. In addition to on-site Contact Center Intake Specialists fluent in Arabic, English, French, German, and Spanish; EthicsPoint contracts with a third-party interpretation provider to satisfy our client’s dynamic language requirements. Currently we support interpretation services in over 170 different languages.
International Toll-Free Dialing
EthicsPoint ensures that stakeholders can easily place reports in their native language, at no cost to them, through:
- EthicsPoint International Toll-Free Service (ITFS)
- AT&T International Direct Access Service
- International Collect Calling
- International Calling Cards
EthicsPoint provides an optional Automated Voice Attendant service which allows the international reporter to choose the language in which he or she would like to proceed. The selected languages and order of the prompts are determined by the client during implementation. The Automated Voice Attendant option can be applied to any custom toll-free number.
