EthicsPoint’s Senior Management Team


Our Executive Team

David Childers: CEO and President
Mr. Childers is a pioneer in the field of Governance, Risk and Compliance. He is a member of the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics (SCCE), the Ethics & Compliance Officer Association (ECOA), and the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD), where he has completed the Director of Professionalism course and is certified in Director Education. He is a charter member of the Open Compliance and Ethics Group (OCEG), a coalition of the nation's business leaders assembled to develop compliance standards and guidelines. He serves on the OCEG Leadership Council and Technology Council, where he is not only responsible for the development of issue awareness and resolution guidelines and best practices, but is also working to publish the first Governance, Risk and Compliance data transfer standard in the open XML and XBRL formats. Mr. Childers is a frequent lecturer on the subject of business ethics and was recently named one of the “100 Most Influential People in Finance” by Treasury & Risk Magazine.

John Hall: Executive Vice President
Leveraging more than 20 years of executive leadership experience in the areas of sales, marketing, and business development, John has helped lead EthicsPoint's development into one of the leading providers of Governance, Risk, and Compliance services. John has focused the past 15 years on developing early-stage companies into market leaders. He pioneered the prepaid phone card industry and has driven the sales, marketing, and business development efforts for several other growth-oriented firms, helping them increase profitability, sustainability, and market leadership in each of their respective industries. John has also been active in nonprofit organizations focused on helping children. He has held an executive position with Friends of the Children - National, a mentoring program for vulnerable children, and he currently serves on the Regional Board for Young Life.

Tom O'Keefe: Executive Vice President
Tom is an accomplished, client-driven sales and operations executive with 16 years of progressive experience as a vice-president, director, and individual contributor. Tom provides EthicsPoint with clear market insights, technical knowledge, and dynamic sales, marketing, and operations expertise. Prior to joining EthicsPoint, Tom held management and sales positions at ADP, Nextel, Communications NW, and Learning.com. He has served on various community boards and associations, and is a past member of the Board of Trustees for the Oregon College of Art & Craft.

Todd Henne: Vice President of Finance and Operations
Todd brings more than 20 years of experience in strategic management, finance, investments, and operations to the EthicsPoint team. He has contributed to the success of both start-up and established companies and brings a depth of knowledge having worked for several privately held and publicly traded technology-based organizations. He has a record of building and motivating successful teams and creating policies and procedures to streamline operations and improve profits. Todd directs all financial, IT, and contact center activities at EthicsPoint.

Tom McNamara: Vice President of Sales Operations
With over 20 years of experience in sales and sales management, Tom brings to EthicsPoint an unprecedented level of expertise and knowledge in opening and serving new markets. During his 12-year association with Xerox Corporation, he held a variety of sales management positions, including Account Manager, Product Specialist, and Sales Agency President. In 2002, he joined Associated Business Systems (ABS), where he played a key management role in the company's growth from 15 million to 45 million dollars in annual revenue during his six-year tenure. Mr. McNamara holds a BS degree in Business Administration from Oregon State University.

Amanda Mayhew: General Counsel, Corporate Secretary, and Privacy Officer
Amanda graduated from Oregon’s Lewis & Clark Law School with an emphasis in corporate law and intellectual property. Her proven expertise in the areas of international data privacy, intellectual property, and corporate law make her an indispensable member of the executive management team and the organization at large. Amanda is currently serving as a Vice President of the Oregon Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel and is a board member of FrOLIO (Friends of Opportunities for Law In Oregon).  She is past Chair of the Oregon State Bar’s Affirmative Action Committee and is a member of the following organizations: International Association of Privacy Professionals, the Oregon Minority Lawyers Association and the OSB Computer and Internet Law, Corporate Counsel and Intellectual Property Sections. Amanda is a Certified Information Privacy Professional and is licensed to practice in the state of Oregon. Her application for license in the state of Washington is pending.

Our Directors

Nicholas Murphy, GCIH, CISSP: Director of Information Technology
Nick is a GIAC Certified Incident Handler and a Certified Information Systems Security Professional. He has the distinction of being one of fewer than 500 individuals worldwide who have obtained the prestigious GCIH certification with honors. Nick has been active in the evolving computer security arena for the past thirteen years. His background spans system security and system administration, and his experience securing servers, configuring firewalls, designing networks, and detecting intrusions provides EthicsPoint and its clients the experience and oversight to ensure that all enterprise data is safe and secure.                    

Stephen Chapman: Director of Professional Services
Stephen brings over 13 years of experience in business consulting, business operations management, strategic planning, and organizational change management to the EthicsPoint Professional Services Organization. Prior to joining EthicsPoint, Stephen worked as a Change Management Consultant with Accenture specializing in the implementation of enterprise software product and solutions. Stephen also founded and contributed to the successful startup of Aon Safetylogic.com, an application service provider of integrated risk control management solutions for Fortune 2000 corporations, loss prevention firms, and the insurance carrier markets. Mr. Chapman holds a BS degree in Marketing and Management from the University of Oregon.
Jennifer Allison: Assistant General Counsel and Director of Corporate Compliance
In her role, Jennifer is responsible for the continuing development and maintenance of EthicsPoint’s compliance programs, as well as for fostering a business environment where ethics and integrity are held as core values. She is also responsible for all human resource-related activities, including annual employee training, coordinating employee evaluations, HR policy and procedure documentation, and annual EEOC reporting. She is an active member of the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics (SCCE), the Ethics and Compliance Officer Association (ECOA), Multnomah Bar Association, Oregon Women Lawyers, and the Open Compliance and Ethics Group (OCEG). In addition, she is a Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP). Jennifer graduated from Oregon’s Lewis & Clark Law School with an emphasis in corporate law and employment law.
