EthicsPoint was founded in 1999 by a group of certified fraud examiners who envisioned combining the then-exploding use of the Internet with their real-world expertise in fraud awareness and investigations. The initial release of the EthicsPoint solution revolutionized incident reporting with a fully integrated telephone- and web-based “hotline” mechanism, and secure, immediate delivery of reported issues and concerns using web-portal technology. Our comprehensive range of client-focused issue awareness services and integrated resolution solutions are tailored to reflect the unique business risks our clients face. EthicsPoint provides corporate, nonprofit, higher education, and governmental agencies with powerful and adaptable solutions that deliver cost-efficient results.

Recognizing that a comprehensive system to manage the issues, losses, and events that surface across a diverse and distributed organization didn’t exist, EthicsPoint expanded its resolution software in 2005. Today, EthicsPoint is rapidly becoming the market leader of on-demand issue, event, and loss management solutions. With a long history of innovation, EthicsPoint continues to create both integrated and point solutions that meet the world’s changing compliance complexity and issue management needs.
